A Weekend Schedule
Your family farm for the weekend.
The farm is available for rent for a day or by the weekend, with options for sleeping and tenting accomodations. Here is an example of a wedding weekend as just one of many ways you can use the farm as the setting for your event.
Friday, afternoon

With the weekend option the farm is yours from Friday at noon to Sunday at noon. Arrive, take a swim in the pond, throw down a few sandwiches, lay backwards on a lounge chair, and relax into your big weekend.
Friday, evening

Consider hosting a casual welcome dinner with local meats and veggies cooked over fire , music on the porch, a couple kegs of beer from the next town over. Maybe drag out the croquet or bocce set to civilize things and give your guests the opportunity to trickle in from their corners, grab a plate and give you a pre-wedding hug.
Saturday, morning

You're getting married today (!). While we get last minute details in place you and your betrothed are sipping coffee on the porch, taking a walk in the woods, practicing deep and intentional breaths (in a non-frenzied way), and enjoying a moment of peace before it all begins.
Saturday, afternoon

Guests will start to arrive and practice their mingling skills by the gardens accompanied by a bluegrass duo & a welcome drink while you get ready.
Saturday, ceremony

Whether you choose to get married by the pond by a rabbi, in a Hemlock grove with a minister, or under an ancient pair of apples by an old friend, there is no shortage of beautiful places and ways to exchange vows on the farm.
Saturday, dinner

Dinner is traditionally held in the post & beam barn. We thoughtfully sweep out the chickens and hay and tractors and replace them with long pine tables, flowers, candles, food, and your favorite people in the world.
Saturday, dancing

With the help of a few of your fittest and most enthusiastic guests we push the dinner tables to the sides to open up the floor for your left & right feet to join together in holy matrimony.
Sunday, morning

Last night's debauchery and decadence swept clean and replaced with a spread of hot coffee urns , baskets of muffins & scones, and plates of bagels & lox . Sunday morning offers a gentle way to say goodbye and thank you to your guests while maintaining a tempo suitable for those who danced too hard.
Get your last swim in and kiss the goats goodbye and prepare for the first day of the rest of your lives, together.
